Wyndham Heights is a friendly, established neighborhood, located in the western portion of Manhattan, Kansas. The neighborhood consists of 65 lots, with all but a few of those lots having existing homes on them. The neighborhood was created by developers, Larry and Jodi Thierer, beginning in 1994, who also currently live in the neighborhood. Wyndham Heights has historically been a very safe and welcoming neighborhood where the property owners take great pride in maintaining their lawns and properties. Wyndham Heights homeowners do agree to abide by construction and neighborhood covenants to uphold and maintain the beauty of the neighborhood.
